Key Skills Needed:
Over 6-9 years of primary experience in managing Databases, Analytics and working on Reporting tools/software. Good command on MS Excel
Strong command of statistical modelling and the use of quantitative analysis in a business setting.
Should have managed teams
Experience with a broad range of statistical techniques, including regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis, segmentation, time series analysis, forecasting, and experimental test design
Should be able to analyze large datasets and be able to cross-reference databases
Display a high level of critical thinking that constantly challenges the status quo and converts ideas into action through diligent follow-up from ideation to execution
Strong organizational skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with diverse international teams at all levels within the organization
Assertive, Good communicator with a Never say die attitude
Manages a team of Analysts and builds the future roadmap of the department
Builds and maintains reports for all business requirements
Understands performance data gathering methods, and interprets technical information
Reviews reports to determine basic performance characteristics such as key impacts and trends and contributing sources. Reviews these trends with key staff members to solicit input and recommendations.
Builds extensive reports and dash boards on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Participates in Key Managers Meets and explains the analysis with key insights
Communicates and develops 1 on 1 relationships with all key executives in the US and India Teams
Key Result Areas:
Project execution in RnD where requirements may be ambiguous.
o Timely deliveries and Proof of Concepts Development.
Project task management
Communications, including deck writing
Coordination of all sub-team efforts
Facilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuring

Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:
B. Tech. /MCA
PMP or similar certification
