Support vendor management activities performed by regional VMO teams and divisions within India
Meet defined service levels for all Vendor Management Service Excellence team activities
Support transition of activities into the Vendor Management Service Excellence team from the global VMO team
Provide support and training to end users of Vendor Management Portal (VMP)
Complete recurring and ad-hoc vendor management reporting activities
Support the vendor on-boarding workflow through VMP including resolution of exceptions
Support continual process improvements, industrialisation initiatives
Support data management initiatives to maintain data quality
Partner with global VMO and technical support teams to test new solutions or enhancements to existing applications that form the vendor management toolset
Ensure vendor management procedural documentation is maintained and kept current
Support vendor management testing and quality assurance activities.
Experience / Skills
Educated to Bachelors / Masters Degree level with minimum three years work experience.
Preferred experience in vendor management-related roles such as supply chain management, sourcing procurement, operational risk management or accounts payable.
