Job Description :

- Apply Supply Chain & Logistics process knowledge and transportation management system + SAP expertise to manage/support the deployed TMS solution
- Troubleshoot process and system issues, to clarify root cause of issue
- Lease with Change Enablement team and Super users to ensure ongoing training program is in place
- Liaison with business users, regional & core team members to support enhancement requests
- Validate & Test system enhancements
- Identify commonalities in the interfaces across systems and application components.
- Identify cross-team issues, and communicate them to the appropriate regional leaders
- Make suggestions to improve existing processes
- Manage user expectations
- Manage & prioritize change Request and Incident Tickets
- May be required to provide 7/24 on-call support for business critical applications. This includes participating in technical calls to review remediation efforts, explaining business impact and communicating status to internal & external partners.
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems/SAP/Impulse/IM First
- Experience in working with SAP interfaces
- Ability to develop requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
- Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
- Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
- Committed team player who can handle pressure and assess degree of priority
- Excellent communication skills as acting permanently as interface between internal customers and developers

* Interfaces between TMS and SAP
