Analog Verification/Integration Engineer for the MCU32 design group in Bangalore. This candidate will work on complex IC designs for next generations of 32-bit microcontrollers.
Job responsibilities include working with the chip design team to integrate analog blocks, mixed-signal chip level verification, behavioral model verification, and timing model generation.
Candidate must be familiar with an analog CMOS development environment and the requirements for integrating analog macros onto SOC devices.
Participate in mask set floor planning for analog macros, manage physical implementation specs and review power integrity.
Prepare full chip analog verification plans
4-12 years of experience working in an IC development environment
Drive, review, and present subsystem level and full chip level analog integration and verification work.
Perform spice and mixed mode simulations with digital stimulus on full chip and various subsystems.
Experience with Cadence, HSPICE, FineSim, AMS or equivalent tools required.
Explore new simulation tools and ideas for continuous enhancement of mixed-mode simulation flow.
Good understanding of analog macros such as ADC/DAC, PLL, Voltage Regulator, Bandgap, Comparator, others.
Able to review and understand chip level electrical specifications and requirements for Analog macros.
BSEE minimum, MSEE preferred from an accredited university.
Additional experience in circuit level debug is highly desirable.
