Job Description

Experience and Capabilities:

1. Overall 14 to 16 years plus experience in the IT field mainly across AMS stack of technologies
2. AMS Presales experience of 3 to 4 years is important to have
3. Must have worked on one more technology stacks below (mandatory) a. Java and Open Source b. MS c. IBM stack d. Vanilla  Oracle forms, reports, packages e. Mobile Platforms - MEAP f. Application Cloud
4. Must have presales experience where he/she would have written proposal responses as well as would have defended them
5. Must have created the proposal defense presentations and defended them
6. Should have worked in dual shore engagement mode where working in collaboration is very important

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent interpersonal skills
2. Very good - verbal and written comms skills.
3. Must have dealt with Sr stakeholders in the IT org
4. Must be able to articulate the win themes well

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the US presales opportunities with in person meetings with the prospects/ customers
1. Help in winning the AMS deals by performing one or multiple roles based on the need of the hour
a. Perform a Pilot
b. Write proposal responses, review them, compile them
c. Present new concepts through a presentation
d. Give feedback on the market demands back to Practice teams
e. Find out the differentiators needed to create the win
2. Look out for creating new AMS pipeline through constant Sales connect with US team
3. Will carry top line target for US
4. Work with offshore AMS practice team to drive the initiatives as needed 5. Misc - manager may assign additional work items based on the need to fulfill them
