Job Description

Position Summary including Major Challenges:

The incumbent is required to be face of HR for the allocated Service Line for all new resource requirements. He/she would be taking care of one or more Service Lines.


  • Handling lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines (Financial Service)
  • Handling Recruitment MIS preparation, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly Dashboards
  • Social Media Hiring Savy.
  • To establish a robust Talent Acquisition delivery processes that meet the growing needs of business
  • Ensure Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) across all levels as per the plan within budgeted cost
  • Develop Talent Acquisition team with customer service orientation and align its objectives towards business 
Desired Profile:

Experience:
  • 5+ years post qualification experience in hiring, preferably in KPO industry (Finance)
  • The incumbent should have experience in cross industry hiring (Finance)
  • Experience in overall Talent Acquisition activities (Lateral Hiring)
Competencies / Skills:
  • Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self motivator , analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
  • Good Presentation Skills 
  • Willing to take Ownership
  • Excellent MS-Office Skills
