Job Description:

A seasoned sales professional with 6+ years of experience in winning mid to large size software services and solution project opportunities.
Extensive direct selling experience in US geography with focus on selling IT Services and Solutions.
Must have very good solution selling experience in Software Automation, Custom Application, Mobile Apps, BPM/ ECM / BI Tools and large size dedicated resources engagements.
Responsible for the direct sales and marketing of Damco Services and Solutions in US region.
Accountable to meet Quarterly/ Yearly Sales Targets.
Devising and implementing sound business strategies/ promotional programs so as to explore new markets/ clients for our solutions.
Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities with accurate account mapping.
To mature leads and create them into identifiable Sales opportunities.
To build a solid and reliable sales pipeline that can progressively materialize in sales.
To coordinate and manage person/ team involved in lead generation and support them in lead qualification process.
To grow clients and sales revenue in respective Region.
Profile is majorly responsible for Account Hunting / Direct Sales for solution selling in multiple verticals hence need to be well versed with the dynamics of verticals such as Insurance / Healthcare/ Logistics & Transportation/ Manufacturing/ ISV/ Charity etc.
Managing relationship with System integrators/ Partners.
Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Managing accounts for repetitive business.

Skills:

Ability to scale to a Regional level for US geography in a growing, complex, direct & indirect sales environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels with high level of motivation and solid business acumen.
Ability to formulate Regional/ Solution based Go to Market strategies.
Ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives.
Ability to forecast monthly/ quarterly revenues.

Experience:

6+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in Europe
4+ years in sales of Software Automation, Custom Application, Mobile Apps, BPM/ ECM / BI Tools and large size dedicated resources engagements.
Strong sales management experience with customer facing engagement skills at all levels
Several years of the full complement of the sales continuum (e.g. inside sales, lead qualification, direct sales, channel sales etc.)
