Collaborate with business leaders to ensure effective deployment of HR strategies, programs and processes in his/her areas of responsibility
Align his/her HR actions with the overall business goals and with the overall HR Strategy
Implement dedicated actions related to the Talent strategy & agenda of business and partner with line leaders to grow diverse leadership, talent, and critical capability pipeline
Provide guidance's and coaching with business leaders to support Talent development, leadership and organizational development, people management & problem solving and performance culture.
Supports the implementation and development of organizations that drive innovation, change and employee engagement
Manage all employee relations/legal issues in line with the local legal framework and Company policies
Provide local and global partners support on a range of people practices including performance management of under achievers, local statutory compliance, policy implementation, awareness.
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have 12-15 years (may be considered up to 18 years ) of relevant HR experience, preferably as a Generalist. Good understanding of key HR functional areas including Performance management System, Training &Development, , Talent Acquisition, compensation and benefits. Proven experiences in coaching and consulting will be valuable in order to effectively partner and influence senior leaders.
MBA / PGDM in HR would be preferred , though , not mandatory.
