8years experience of which min 5 year experience in a leadership role; ;
Preference/aptitude for a career in Healthcare process environment;
Demonstrated team handling skills in the past.
Should have knowledge of RCM & Denial Management.
To ensure achievement of targets / SLAs defined by the Client by effective management of team members.
Should be operation Manager on paper for healthcare having manage team strength of 100-150 agents
