PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Responsible for drawing the digital roadmap
* Digital to include creation of apps to manage business process, engage better with our core TG, aid in building a single-window approach to business.
* Envision & create a digital --only approach Go-To-Market
* Develop documentation (site maps, wireframes, navigation models, content models)
* Manage the ongoing maintenance of the
website and assets working closely with internal IT department, creative & digital agencies to support program/digital campaign launches.
* Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising campaigns
* Work closely with the digital agency towards ensuring that the website page rankings go up to deliver presence within 1st frame of search results.
* Work closely with designers and developers to ensure consistency in communication across all online media
* Build and monitor social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.).Prepare tangible reports in line with our online objectives.
* Manage email-marketing campaigns including planning, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
* Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies, industry standards and best practices on an ongoing basis
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Excellent problem solving skills to figure out a fix and get things to run smoothly as soon as possible
* Planning, executing , measuring, managing, testing, and tracking changes and quality issues
* Work closely with the creative & digital agencies to develop content, optimize the use of each digital channel for campaign efforts and execute the campaign vision
* Independently & actively manage all aspects of the project : scope, issues/risks, schedule, quality and online communication on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE :
* 10+ years of overall work-experience with 8+ years in having directly handled Digital Marketing in a new age digital firm
* Should think digital and not merely use digital as another channel
* MBA from a reputed Institute ( Tier 1 or Tier 2)
* Proven track record of having built credible online properties during his/ her career (website, app, other relevant products)
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
