Min. 8-12 yrs overall exp. in US IT Staffing industry out of which 5+ years in the capacity of Division Head/ Regional Operations Manager/ Branch Manager. Prior exp. for 4-6 yrs as a Head/Lead/ manager handling teams of 10-30 members.
