Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
Majority of the healthcare experience should be for the Payer or Provider side of the business either as a strategy / operations consultant or a pre-sales consultant working for a Healthcare ITeS or BPO. Some amount of operational experience will be an added advantage.
Should have a close understanding of Healthcare processes outsourced by clients as well as the opportunities available and challenges present in the industry at large.
To interact with various departments to ensure smooth Solutioning.
Understand the client requirements and match it with the proposal provided during the Solutions stage and highlight the deviations if any.
Effective documentation of Solutioning as per the Solutions Methodology.
Involve actively in hiring both agents as well as at leadership level.
Involved in creation and finalization of the MSA and SOWs with the Internal and External clients.
Interact with the client on a regular basis to provide the updates / progress.
Desired skill sets:
Strong knowledge in the healthcare domain and responsible for solutions creation/RFP, RFQ response management, liaising with both internal and external stake holders.
Should have had experience interacting with clients directly as a consultant or through sales / solution presentations.
Good presentation skills this role will require the ability and skills to create strong and compelling presentations and value propositions.
Analytical skills should be comfortable with numbers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills this role will involve a lot of interaction with different functions within the organization.
Desired qualifications (including certifications):
Graduates / Post-graduates
10-18 years of experience in BPO industry, prior 5 -10 experience in Solution Designs will be preferred
Work experience in MNCs or reputed organizations will be an added advantage.
Work experience in handling multi-geography initiatives will be an added advantage.
