Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
At least 5 years experience in handling litigation, relevant to property/civil.
Should be able to independently draft all kinds of property related documentation like conveyance, arguments for sale, development agreement, power of attorneys, MOUs etc
Should have knowledge in matters related to redevelopment, SRA, MHADA.
Experience and exposure in purchase of agricultural land & revenue matters.
Evaluate legal issues, appraise and recommend resolution to Management
Review notices received and prepare appropriate response and prepare notices to be issued by the company
Prepare/review agreements/petitions/documents etc. relating to all real estate activities of the company including JDs (Join Development) /JVs/SRA agreements/Redevelopment agreements/MOUs etc. with landlord/tenants/third party etc.
Research and assist Legal Head in resolving pending or threatened disputes between the Company and third parties in the Corporate & Compliance area
Assist in drafting various contractual agreements and ensure accuracy and credibility of the same.
Assist Legal Head to develop, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the Companys programs and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
