One of the key objectives of Connected offerings work-stream Big Data, IOT & Analytics is to identify new revenue streams and new specific repair and retrofit opportunities through remote analysis of operational and performance data collected from installed assets. This objective requires a group of highly skilled experts to be working on structured and un-structured data analytics leveraging their knowledge and experience to identify the opportunities. These experts will be focusing on different HVAC equipments, energy sources /meter within buildings.
B.E. Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical engineering
The candidate should have 8-15 years of relevant experience of working in the HVAC industry or Chiller / Chiller plant, building automation.
The candidate should preferably have exposure to remote monitoring and diagnostics environment; preferably that has provided energy and optimization services to customers.
The candidate must have some kind of R&D orientation in addition to his/her practical exposure and experiences.
The candidate should have overseen the leverage of technology platforms engaged in delivering energy and advisory services to customers.
The candidate should have hands on experience in project execution and/or service delivery.
The candidate must have global experience of working with customers from multiple geographies.
The candidate should have very good written and verbal communication skills. He or she must have a can do attitude and must be able to perform under extreme pressure and tough deadlines.
Proficient in English.
Account management experience will be an added advantage for this profile.
Act as a technology counsel to the Service businesses across various countries
Lead effort for various fault detection and diagnostics techniques, statistical analysis
Identify and prioritize building sub-systems new patterns of faults and consequent opportunities using data and analytics
Define templates and processes to create proposals for the branches to approach customers with these new opportunities identified through fault signatures of installed assets or building sub-systems
Create more platforms and avenues for organizational knowledge sharing
Study the market trends and identify the leading headwinds in terms of technology and business models
Identify new innovation and solution development service offerings to cater to these emerging market needs
Lead the solution design and development of the various identified initiatives
Program manage the development lifecycle of such solutions
Prepare benchmarking and comparitive studies with respect to competitive solutions
