* Experience in providing Production support for Sybase ASE database versions - 11.9.0, 12.5, 12.5.4 and 15.0.2.
* Break-fix support of non-production and production environment.
* Second level support for calls escalated from Level 1 team Respond to system generated alerts and take appropriate action.
* Comply with all appropriate Change Management Procedures. Monitor database up/down status.
* Monitor size of the physical database objects, including devices and segments.
* Respond to automated alerts.
* Manage/Review database management system error logging.
* Manage and perform physical database maintenance (including running of appropriate automated procedures, utilities, jobs, scripts).
