Job Description

Works with board of directors to increase its effectiveness which can fulfill the needs of hospital.
Suggests policy positions which are related with the government, legislation and other public policy matters.
Gives accurate and comprehensive information to board of trustee so that they can use them in making decision and other policy matters.
Attends meeting of its committees and also board of directors when required.
Provides periodic reports for financial services and activities of hospital and gives these special kinds of reports by the board.
The duties of a healthcare facilitator closely follow the objective of his job. Hence, you will have him looking after the following areas:
Management and coordination of the daily affairs.
To work out and implement plans of operation regarding the maintenance of a healthcare facility.
To coordinate, plan and implement programs according to the perspectives of the budget.
To ensure smooth functioning by coordinating and moderating amongst the various departments.
Effective management of the budgetary outlay.
Ensure that the delivery and benefit of healthcare is thrashed out on a uniform basis.
Oversee the prospect of record maintenance. He is supposed to maintain the documented details of the patients accessing the facility of the concerned healthcare service.
This in turn, gives way to the effective handling and updating the scheme of database.
Inspecting and developing the amenities of a hospital is one of his responsibilities.
Suggest and innovative for the better management of the healthcare facility.
Needs to interact and liaise between the physicians, medical medical staffs, patients and the board of directors.
