Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Leasing, sales, marketing of IT Park, malls

* Marketing and leasing of offices, business & incubation centers, IT/ ITeS SEZ, retail shops

* Generate revenue through leasing of IT Park, presentations in meetings and conferences

* Enhance lease funnel, client-pool in commercial, IT/ ITeS sectors (BPO, KPO, LPO, backend operations), banking, telecom, insurance, Govt. sectors, retail, QSR, F&B outlets

* Site Visits, RFPs, Coordinate among Legal, Technical, Building Services, Architect teams

* Joint venture, investments and management contract for star category hotel project

* Tendering/ bidding (Technical and Financial) for commercial/ office lease prospects

* Sales and marketing of malls, leasing of retail shops

* Marketing, branding, networking through conferences, exhibitions, seminars, summits

* Promotional campaigns, ads (print, outdoor hoardings), BTL Marketing, mailers, brochures

* MIS, Revenue plan, budgeting and forecasting, database management, lease/ sales plan

* Lead generation through cold calling, lead-tracking (hot-warm-cold prospects)

* Legal Documentation: Letters-of-Intent, MoU, Lease Deeds, Leave & License, Addendum

* Client mapping, tapping new business plans, sector analysis, trends, parameters, surveys
