The manager exercises complete responsibly for developing and managing Air condition Product business operation that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer and employee satisfaction by directing, Projects, coordinating and monitoring all sales, Budget, and operations.
10+ Years Sales Experience in Air-condition Products (Commercial / Business / Industrial) large-scale building and industrial projects of which Minimum 5 years in managerial position, Plan, review, Solution designs, testing and commissioning of HVAC/ACVR systems.
Knowledge of principles and methods for presentation, promoting, and selling products or services (Must be aggressive & highly motivated/Result Oriented)
Should have strong Knowledge in Finance/Accounts, Costing, Budgeting, account allocation, Account Receivable/Payable, Profit & Loss
Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using ERP Applications and features.
Preferably Engineer in Electrical with a Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing
Fluency in English (Read/Write/Speak), Arabic would be preferable, together with high level negotiation and analytical skills are fundamental.
Computer Literacy is essential, particularly with M/S Word and Excel. Previous demonstrated knowledge and experience using MS Project, and AutoCAD
Reporting to: GM/ Vice Chairman / Chairman
a) Assess local market conditions identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
b) Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans.
c) Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.
d) Ensure that all areas of work performance of departments are properly staffed and directed
e) Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member.
f) Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees &Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees
g) Oversee branch financial management
h) Recommend desirable changes in the policies and goals
i) Assist Management in developing branch and organizational objectives, and also in formulating policies and budgets
j) Communicate effectively and by sharing information on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
k) Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
l) Manage the business honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all government/organization regulations/ISO
m) Ensure the safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash
n) Evaluate regularly the effectiveness of the branch operation, to see that policies are being observed and that goals are being attained
o) Take prompt corrective action as needed
p) Participate actively in community, business and industry organizations to build a network of contacts that improve the presence and reputation of the company in the local area
