Job Description

The Manager T&E will be responsible for driving travel expense process, ensuring compliance with travel policy, process transitions and flawless service delivery in a consistent and standardized manner for multiple global locations from India. This individual will provide strategic leadership to a team of shared services associates in India. Reporting to the Senior Manager Global T&E and CCA, this individual will also support technology and service delivery vision specifically for T&E.

Work very closely with the Senior Manager, T&E and CCA to drive a consistent and common approach to T&E, CCA across all of global entities.
2. Provide strategic direction and oversight of the global T&E process from Mumbai, India
3. Provide direction and guidance to the T&E associates based in India
4. Overseeing India T&E shared services function to ensure timely booking and payment of T&E claims for entities globally
5. Implement process to ensure employees adhere to the Corporate Travel Policy, with standardized process for reporting for noncompliance
6. Responsibility to verify that T&E transactions comply with policies and procedures
7. Manage employee relationship and maximize the level of customer service to internal stakeholders

8 10 years of experience in travel expense management practices
5 7 years of experience as a team lead in managing people
Experience in an international environment
Strong project management skills
Concur Experience a must
SAP Experience a must
Experience in Shared Service Environment a must
Demonstrated experience within a high volume business at operational level
Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX Compliances

Cognos Reporting Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access skills Strong communication skills with superior ability to express thoughts clearly in English Must be able to work within a collaborative environment Process transition and management Continuous Improvement (Lean or Six Sigma or CI)

8 10 years of experience in travel expense management practices
5 7 years of experience as a team lead in managing people
Experience in an international environment
Strong project management skills Concur Experience a must
Preferred someone working in Shared Services / Outsourcing firms
