Should be any graduate from reputed university / institute
Should have minimum 5 years of domain experience in HR
Should have minimum 5 years of hands on experience in SAP HCM
Should have at least 3 E2E implementations out which At least one PSU implementation is must
Should have knowledge in OM,PA,Positive time and Indian Payroll
Should have knowledge in recruitment and roster management
Must have knowledge in time interface
Must have sound knowledge in Indian statutory forms like Form 24q, form 16, EPF, ESI and all HCM related statutory forms.
Must have knowledge in gratuity, leave encashment, LTC and full and final settlement.
Must have good functional knowledge in ESS and MSS
Must have knowledge in internal HCM and FI integrations
Must have knowledge in HR forms
Should have good knowledge in PCRs and Schema
Should have very good knowledge in WRICEF developments
