Sales Experience of 7-12 years, in selling products and services to BFSI customers. These services would include both software and infrastructure services.
At least 5+ years hunting experience preferably in the BFSI space with a successful track record of creating new accounts and sustaining long-term relationships with C levels
Well versed in Concept / Solution Selling methodologies with an eye for unearthing business issues and articulating value propositions
Team worker, capable of working with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to meet and exceed Customers expectations by proposing value added solutions
Result oriented, high energy, self-driven and passionate person capable of independent working with minimum supervision. Should have a track record of chasing and meeting aggressive sales targets
