Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling full recruitment life Cycle
Should have working experience with direct as well as Tier-1 clients
Work closely with Team Lead/Account Manager to anticipate requirements & identify potential resource pool
Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, salary negotiation, conducting interviews, reference checks etc.
Develop and maintain network through Vendor, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain complete Recruitment Database including inflow by augmenting relevant resumes on a periodic basis through various sources i.e.
Headhunting, Direct references, manpower consultants, advertisements, internal references and Job Portals
Skills and Specifications:
Excellent Written & Verbal Communication
Good interpersonal and team coordination skill
Proactive, self-driven and quick learner
Well versed with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
Good understanding of various visas
Thorough understanding of various IT terminologies
Willing to work in night shifts
