A minimum of 12 years in the banking industry along with minimum of 5 years on Credit Risk systems -experience relating to both process re-engineering and IT implementations.
Good knowledge of credit products
Good knowledge on Calculation of credit Risk, management of limits and reconciliation
FRM certification is added advantage.
Experience delivering sound development, testing,implementation, deployment and support strategies in complex distributed environments
Experience managing/optimizing operations budgets and controlling the cost of operational support.
Experience managing teams across multiple geographic locations, assembling and providing leadership to cross-functional teams.
Experience in strategic planning and consulting
Business development and account management skills
Experience in Quality, People, Release, knowledge management, Change and Problem management
Good experience of leading teams in entire SDLC from requirement management to post production maintenance.
Adept at setting up processes and motivating the teams to follow the set process. Should be capable of performing dipstick reviews in order to ensure process adherence
Participate / Conduct in organization level audit activities as and when suggested.
