The Account Head will work closely and collaboratively with Client teams and internal Creative teams to deliver content marketing projects and solutions.
You will oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.
Key Activities :
Interact with client teams to develop project briefs jointly with them
Ensure daily project deliverables, coordinating with all constituents
Provide guidance/management to delivery team (content and design) to ensure output that meets client objectives
Develop and implement campaigns, digital and content marketing, through creative and digital marketing team
Develop, own and nurture client relationships
Lead business reviews and set targets periodically
5 to 7 years of client management experience (internal and external) preferred, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
Good understanding, and emphatic interest, in content marketing
Proven campaign management track record, especially content marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
