Job Description

The Account Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the Accounts and Creative teams to deliver content marketing solutions to our top clients.
You will oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential..

Key Activities
* Interacting with client teams to understand project requirements, and developing Brief document jointly with them
* Providing guidance to delivery team (content and design) to ensure output that meets client objectives
* Strategize, implement and optimize results for digital marketing campaigns
* Developing, owning and nurturing client relationships
* Monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives while seeking out additional KPIs and trends
* Using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop valuable, customized and strategic recommendations
* Leading account business reviews and goal-setting sessions
Required Skills
* Minimum of 5-7 years of client management experience (internal and external) preferred, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines
* Emphatic interest in content marketing and digital marketing
* Strong background in either creative or copy writing
* Experience in managing content marketing campaigns, native advertising will be a big plus
* Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives
* Troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and problem-solve
* Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with Powerpoint, Keynote and Excel Sheet
* Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
* Self-starter capable of thriving in a startup environment -- able to multi-task
