**Candidates should be coming from the Advertising Agencies**
The Marcom Head will oversee the strategic utilization of Marcom resources in support of our clients global businesses and functions.
The leader will serve as the key liaison with Business & Regional Marcom, Strategic Marketing and Product/Services Marketing teams.
This includes assigning and scheduling resources, effectively managing project work flow, driving use of best practices and outstanding quality of work, managing budgets, and report out of project metrics.
The focus for this role will be to build, manage and coach a team of Marcom specialists and generalists that supports our clients Marcom campaigns in areas including but not limited to creative services, digital media development, trade show/event management, social media listening, web analytics, SEO & PPC, internal and external communication, knowledge management, data analysis and content development.
The leader will drive the overall strategy for the CoE, empowering the team to be successful while still maintaining a working knowledge of all disciplines.
A clear KPI for this role is an on-time delivery of Marcom project output through the efficient and on-budget management of resources. Project results and reporting to internal stakeholders will be essential to success.
