The primary objectives of the Account Director are:
-To ensure the successful development & implementation of both global & local client campaigns.
-To identify & progress strategic development & new business opportunities with clients.
-To work with Team to ensure leverage and appropriate application of guidance for Global initiatives.
-To mentor the team members and build their marketing and business category skill-set to benefit the client, the agency and the team-members career growth
Skills & Requirements
6-8 years Direct Marketing/CRM/marketing experience within an Agency or the Client side
Technical knowledge of all aspects of the Direct Marketing and CRM industry and Digital Marketing(not compulsory)
Ability to drive cross-media integration and application including traditional direct marketing and digital
Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal departmental relationships
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (English a must)
Strong problem solving skills
Minimum Bachelor's degree
Understand the power of a brand and relationship marketing's role within the marketing mix & Knows how to manage the P & L of the account.
