Job Description


Your focus will be to drive and facilitate technical training and development globally across the company group - based on business needs and requirements from the regions.

You will have a number of different tasks and responsibilities which will include:

Identify requirements and assess needs with relevant stakeholders.

Build strong relations with the regional TS Directors/Managers, Group Marketing and R&D.

Co-design a new technical training curriculum, matching current and future business needs; from content to format to how the training will be delivered.

Co-facilitate on existing internal and external technical training programs for employees and customers.

A key task will also be to ensure buy-in from the organization on the new technical training.

Your educational background is most likely in Engineering or technical supplemented with a commercial education. Or you hold commercial degree with experience in conducting training sessions.

You have a strong industry knowledge/experience from one or more Protective Sub-segments (Oil & Gas, Power or Infrastructure) combined with a commercial mind-set.

Your qualifications will furthermore include:

Management and/or project management experience showing both visionary and innovative traits.
Customer oriented and aware of culture differences.

As a person you are extrovert and communicative whether it's within your own organization or with different stakeholders (clients or inter-company).

You have a high personal drive, a structured mind-set and excellent networking skills. You are flexible though you lead the way when setting the standards for training concepts.

You are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.

The position will include travel activities worldwide;

Approximately 60 travel days per year.
