Job Description

RSM will be responsible for sales in Mumbai and Maharashtra and to achieve the business targets;

Will be responsible for building and nurturing the first level sales team, Medical Executives in the role of MRs;

Will Train and motivate his sales cadre to get them to perform at their best;

Will scout for new channels and opportunities of business promotion and come up with new options;

Will maintain good, healthy working relationship with all our logistics stakeholders, such as distributors and stockists and chemists while upholding the high value image and policies of the company;

Will ensure a robust database of all Doctors and the players in the supply chain;

Will understand and regional market dynamics and present professional analysis of market changes and emerging opportunities from time to time and help in shaping the regional and zonal sales strategies;

Will ensure a healthy and professional working culture within the team, including ensuring full compliance of e- reporting
