This position will focus on creating ROI driven and measurable Sales programs for high impact and viral in nature for exponential growth of the company beauty care products. We are looking for someone who is passionate, high-energy person, go-getter and obsessive about building distribution/ channel sales network.
The company is growing at lightning speed and the Zonal/ Regional Manager is expected to thrive in a fast paced environment with superb selling skills and build aggressive distribution/ channel network for beauty products.
Candidate will be responsible for network management, channel sales, retail sales, and distributor management for South Zone with complete knowledge of Telangana Region.
Appoint C&F Agents, stockiest and open company depots area wise.
Handle a sales team of 50-60 people, set their sales targets, enable them to achieve sales targets and internal department coordination.
To conduct sales promotional activities in new market.
Manage complete range of sales of beauty care/ health care products.
Create distribution strategy & deploy blue print for respective geography
Grow channels and to achieve width in distribution sale of beauty care products.
Set/ monitor team target and ensure accurate delivery of beauty care/ health care products in the Region thru effective distribution/ channel sales network.
Review daily sales report and execute monthly sales plan as per distributor/ channel.
Track and strategize sales of slow moving and price sensitive beauty care products.
Review and analyze sales force accomplishments to achieve sales targets.
Identify and empanel new Point of Sale/ POS/ Channels to expand customer base.
Benchmark and reports competitor activities and provide market feed-back on new products, prices changes, new launches, etc.
Order to replenishment cycle of fresh goods between warehouse to distributor and distributor to channel sales.
Ensure visibility at channels through optimum deployment of marketing and sales elements.
Ensure distributor satisfaction by building New Distributor Capability.
Minimizes sales returns/ damaged goods and short expiry goods by monitoring returns by distributor/ channels and develop depletion plan to avoid overstocking the points of sales.
Own the Reward & Recognition Programs for the Sales Team.
MBA with 10+ year experience in building distribution/ Channel Sales for FMCG/ consumer/ cosmetic/ beauty care product sale.
Excellent knowledge of Trade Sale/ modern trade concepts and principles.
Ability to conceptualize, plan, develop/ implement distribution/ Channel Network Sales Strategy.
Develop road map and co-ordinate activities across Region for sale of beauty care products.
Train/ coach team on processes, policies, soft skills and complete range of beauty care products.
Extremely good English communication/ presentation skills and ability to take get along all stake-holders.
