Zonal Head - Key Accounts / Tiles and Ceramics


LOCATIONS

MUMBAI, BANGALORE, DELHI/NCR, HYDERABAD, CHENNAI, PUNE & AHMEDABAD

THE PRE-REQUISITES OF THE TEAM –

A strong candidate woud be one with an entrepreneurial mind-set who can grow the business
Has high level of confidence and spark to develop relationships with promoters and key stake-holders
Has excellent communication skills, charming personality and persona, ability to navigate and channelize the team and meet the set targets
Should be an effective team player and equally effective leader
Preferably who has a direct access to the promoters and key stakeholders (either from an influential family background or has contacts with the top builders / leading industrialists) would be an added advantage.
Should be comfortable with socializing with promoters and Senior officials in an Organisation
Build a strong and energetic team who are enthusiastic and determined to meet the set objectives.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
•Post graduate or MBA from a premier B-School

EXPERIENCE
•8 to 10 years

TARGET INDUSTRY

•Similar industry dealing in high end & luxurious building materials such as Paints, Tiles and Ceramics, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Glassware etc.
•Alternatively from Banking Financial services, Business Consulting, Hospitality industry who can build strong contacts with promoters and key stakeholders.
