Job Description

Web Analytics SME will be working on:
1. Global Digital Media and On-site Optimization -- Analytics based guidance to maximize ROI
2. Marketing Effectiveness measurement for local/regional programs -- Performance of key marketing campaign efforts and recommendations on driving improved engagement and conversions – including opportunities for segment/audience based targeting
3. Channel-level Effectiveness and Optimization – Search, Display, Social, Mobile, Video -- Drive strategies through in-depth, nuanced, analytics by channel for continuous learning and performance improvement (including goal-setting and ongoing tracking)
4. Data Integration and Data Quality Management - Connect offline and online data to continuously improve overall understanding of customer behavior and journeys for personalization.
5. Right-time delivery of data and recommendations - Develop data access capabilities to drive marketing automation and at scale to support ‘always-on’ personalization.
Key tasks and job requirements:
o Provide insights, data visualizations and recommendations for key Marketing decisions
o Extract, gather and format the right level of data for Marketing programs and projects
o Integrate and standardize data sets to enable key analytics (both online and offline)
o Establish measures of success (metrics & KPIs)
o Analyze data to understand performance and effectiveness of digital programs (across channels like Search, Digital Display, Social Media, Email and onsite)
o Provide guidance on online tagging for measurement and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
o Assist with A/B and multi-variate content test setup, execution and measurement
Skillset Required:
? Excellent knowledge and 2+ years of practical experience on Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst) – Setup / Configuration / Implementation/ Processing Rules / Troubleshooting
? Ability to think creatively to solve real world business problems
? Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
? Ability to self-motivate, manage concurrent projects and work with remote team/s
? Excellent attitude and ability to contribute to a team
? Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
? Research focused mindset with strong attention to detail
? High motivation, good work ethic and maturity
? Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment
Tools/Platforms Expertise Required:
Mandatory –
o Adobe Analytics (Omniture SiteCatalyst) – Setup / Configuration / Implementation/ Processing Rules / Troubleshooting
o Advanced Excel, Power-Pivot/Power-BI
o Tableau / Spotfire / Qlikview
Desirable –
o Adobe SiteCatalyst (Adobe Analytics) Processing Rules certified
o Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target
o A/B Testing, Personalization, Segmentation
Note - Candidates with only Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst) – Reporting / Dashboarding experience need not to be considered.
