Job Description

Build and sustain professional and communication skills for the advisors on the floor
Undergo the Process on Universal Trainers and thereafter willing to deliver Process Training and VnA Training
Willing to meet the Call Taking targets aligned to the Team
Initiate and participate in Projects of the Team and the department
Conducting refresher trainings related to professional skills and effective communication
Should be willing to work in Shifts (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational)
Conduct Audits and Feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores on key business metrics
Prepare communication modules as required
Conduct RFS trainings as directed by the clients
Create and send out mailers and other communication with the objective of improving scores on key business metrics
Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities
Good Facilitation skills
Proficient with MS Office
