Job Description for a User Experience Designer
Ability to translate business requirements, concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Ability to facilitate client's product visions by researching, conduct workshops, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Ability to design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Ability to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
Ability to take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
Ability to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Strong experience around atleast 2 enterprise level, complex design projects.
Expertise in UX software such as Axure and prototyping tool such as InVision.
Extensive experience in UX best practices.
Ability to iterate over designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
