The incumbent must be able to think through and execute a thorough marketing and sales strategy for the company's business centers. He will have the overall responsibility of ensuring a 100% occupancy level across the business centers at targeted prices. Some of the activities and tasks to achieve this objective will include strategising and developing cost effective marketing campaigns that target the right clientele ,developing and maintaining excellent relationships with channel partners and clients, continuously monitoring and closing sales leads, developing thorough pricing strategies based on market realities, ensuring contract renewals of existing clients, dealing with various stakeholders of the communications industry like PR firms, advertising agencies, website development companies among others, organising and leading broker events, providing key market insights during the planning of new business centres, managing and ensuring timely payments from clients, monitoring receivables and identifying new business opportunities. He must have very strong technical knowledge, commercial acumen, presentation and communication skills, and be a self starter and totally hands on.
