Job Description

- Design and deliver capability building programs for development of talent across Group companies

- Drive the Capabilities and Leadership competencies at all levels across the Group companies

- Create and implement Development Action Plans for employees

- Develop internal L & OD capabilities across group companies

- Collaborate with external service providers and L&OD partners

- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Group companies

- Support L&OD teams in Group companies in designing and delivering customized development programs

- Drive e-learning initiatives across the Group companies

- Design and drive the Leadership Development interventions

- Collaborate and partner with others in the Group in all aspects of L&OD function

- Diversified Business Portfolio spreading across multiple business sectors

- Global geographic spread of the Group

- Businesses at different stages of learning curve in terms of change management initiatives

- Engaging and managing Senior Business & HR stakeholders across Group companies
