Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Vice President Business Development (New Initiatives) is accountable for a double pronged assignment;
Taking existing product line in new territories in emerging & developed International markets like EU, USA, & other regulated markets along with market development at domestic level
Finding out-licensing partners, both at domestic as well as international level for technologies.

Business Development:
Business Development Strategy Formulation
Identifying new regions in International markets for existing product range
Market Development & Penetration
Development & Management of Business Partners for technology out-licensing and relationship building at international & national level
Product Identification & development

Sales Management:
Sales forecasting and strategy formulation.
Achieve Sales Target.
Collections and Credit Control.
Sales Management Process.
Coordination with Internal and External customers.

Person Profile:
Sales & Marketing professional with 20+ years of hands on experience of International Sales & Marketing of formulations.
Well versed with regulatory norms in various international markets
Strong hands on leadership and management skills with a can do attitude.
Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills & strong negotiation skills
Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market (both domestic & International), including the unlicensed medicines sector as well as the regulated markets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at a senior level.
Highly customer focused, commercially astute
