Job Description

If you’re a fab Business Development Head for whom the definition of passion is the role they play working as a one; we’d like to hear from you. This role is open across India (we are based in Mumbai & Ahmedabad however you can operate from any Metro)

What you’ll do:
-Client servicing: Responsible for securing new business and managing the client deliverables
-Submitting proposals, designing survey forms, data interpretation, report and overall project management
-Enhance revenue through direct sales with advertising agencies and clients for TV channels like Times Now, ET Now, ABP News, AAJ Tak, NDTV GoodTimes, Zoom, UTV Bindaas, UTV Movies, UTV World Movies, UTV Star
-Create, maintain and enhance relationships with accounts in identified categories
-Develop relationships with business clients, in and out of present client categories
-Devise and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of data to our consumer market
-Optimize current agency and client relationships
-Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends
-Drive current partners for tapping new business opportunities
-Identify and respond to current and future customer needs
-Understand market place dynamics and pulse of Clients
-Build and deliver a strong business pipeline
-Utilize your understanding of media research, especially TV and Digital
-Knowledge of TV audience measurement systems
-Knowledge of data from TV meters
-Conduct technical training for data interpretation & insight
-Practice your passion for television media and advertising
-Develop and execute on a strategic plan for Sales Team
-Create reliable forecasts
-Invest time in the team and help develop key talent
-Share market learning’s with Product and Marketing teams
-Managing team of Sales Managers & Driving Sales through them.
-To meet the quarterly revenue targets along with Team Targets
-Periodic Review of team members
