Digital Transformation & Change
You’ll steer, design and implement strategic and operational excellence initiatives to close performance gaps through the implementation of industry best practices in line with the organisations vision and goals .
You’ll be responsible for the development and will lead on the delivery of a programme of transformation across the GDC, which will comprehensively review what we do and how we do it, in order to ensure that we can continue to deliver quality. This will include operations and support services, delivery of software applications development, testing projects and maximising customer satisfaction in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Working with the GDC Leadership team and Service SME’s to embed service transformation in the organisation; you'll work to achieve a culture of continuous improvement. You'll need to have the gravitas to influence at a senior level and drive change throughout the business. You’ll contribute to the delivery of the GDC and overall GDC objectives, all of which underpin our overall goal of improving the quality of services and deliveries.
We need your substantial experience of leading transformation programmes and implementations.
What we expect from you
? Discover and define the transformational roadmap with tangible outcomes and timelines
? Provides a single point of coordination and executive oversight for all digital initiatives and transformation projects
? Leads & manages the process along to undertake a detailed SWOT analysis for the firm w.r.t digital capabilities.
? Leads the development of digital business strategy and road map, and ensures its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process
? Ensures along with a partner ecosystem that the enterprise is developing the digital assets and capabilities that will be needed to survive and thrive in the near term and long term
? Acts as a change agent in leading the organizational changes required to create and sustain enterprise digital capabilities
? Develop and implement tools and a central management system that drives towards continuous performance improvement
? Define a measurable scorecard to measure the digital performance of the enterprise in an ongoing basis
? With time builds a niche cross functional team of industry & technology experts who will keep track of emerging trends, competition and status of implemented initiatives to provide incremental as well as path breaking ideas
? Create a dynamic, end-to-end visibility into how an organization executes it’s operations today and identify systemic issues impacting performance
? Process discipline forming the foundation for proactive transformation through process strategy, segmentation, management and governance
What we are looking for
? 12+ years of experience
? Experience in leading and supporting digital business strategy and Programs
? Substantial experience of leading transformation programme and Implementation
? Transformation/Change program Management till benefits realization in captives, start-ups, GIC (Global In-house Centres)/Captives of small to mid-size MNC’s preferably in BFSI sector
? Evidence of successful delivery of large scale change programmes that have realised Service optimisation, delivery excellence, efficiencies & effectiveness and service improvements for the organisation
? Proven experience in using technology and statistical analysis to improve IT outcomes/throughputs
? Experience in working in an environment/culture of high sensitivity towards work ethics and behaviour while implementing change programs
? Experience in employee engagement and influencing leadership teams, department heads and stakeholders to achieve transformational outcomes
? Experience of implementing lean six sigma, Kanban, Kaizen
