Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Identity and develop learning competencies of current and future workforce Deploy competency mapping and implement training programs on both the organizational and individual level Design learning paths, courses, and achievements Create monthly and quarterly training plans. Design and implement weekly tasks, monthly badges, quarterly achievements and program recognition Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment Update training materials as needed and tracking content posting in relevant tools Work with Business intelligence resource to create content usage reports Work collaboratively with the trainers at dealerships and ASMs to figure out market segmentation for and content needs for that segmentation Assist managers in solving specific training problems, either on a one to one basis or in groups Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees / external stakeholders Develop testing and evaluation procedures Evaluate training and development programs Design career development paths for all positions. Communicate career development to all employees. Assess the ROI of any training or development program Track and report progress across a variety of metrics. Relevant experience/ Industry - 5 - 7 years experience in a customer or reseller facing sales role implementing sales training programs. A comprehensive understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Process, and support functions. Preference for someone who has worked with digital / technology led companies or has had deep experience in using digital and technology for training. The Training Manager will possess an excellent understanding of the automotive industry.
