Content Designing for Behavioural Training & Delivery, cross cultural trainings & Soft skill training.
To design learning and engagement programs with a focus on enhancing effectiveness of virtual teams and cross cultural collaboration
To create an annual employee engagement calendar
Must have 5+ years of experience in end to end training & development.
Should have worked in a global T&D setup.
Excellent communication skills-written and spoken.
