Job Description

Assess training needs for new & existing employees Identify internal & external training programs to address competency, gaps Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs Map out training plans for individual employees Prepare training calendars and communicate the same internally Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching Track & report on training records Provide feedback to program participants & management Maintain employee training records Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment Coordinate off-site training activities for employees Manage training budget Manage & maintain in-house training facilities and equipment Keep up to date on training design & methodology Performs other related duties as assigned Qualification & skill requirements: Masters degree in HR/IR with at least 2 year related experience in a similar role Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and has enterprising work style Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient in MS office
