Responsibilities include working with multiple products and processing functions each of differing complexity.
Duties include issuing, advising and amending of letters of credit, negotiation of L/C documents, processing documentary and direct collections in accordance with Trade Services standards.
Assist Team Leader and Manager with training new staff or existing staff on new products or procedures, provide performance assessment on staff trainees, and coordinate and review workflow in the absence of Team Leader and Manager. Also accountable for identifying opportunities for additional product sales through client referrals, and making recommendation to changes in existing policies, practices and procedures.
Requires full working knowledge of complex L/C structure, documentation, governing rules, standard and regulations, internal policies, international and domestic bank operations and credit risk implications.
