Job Description

Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. Telesales Representative will have set targets by the team supervisor.The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for closing sales over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
• You will be calling a prospective customer/client/business and persuade them to either trial a product/service or sign in as new customer.
• Contacting potential customers to inform them about the company product.
• Field work – visiting prospective customer/client/business whenever necessary.
• Answering questions about the product or the company.
• Enter and update customer information, if required.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Ability to learn about product and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to persuade

Qualification:
Graduation in any disciple. MBA is preferred.
