Responsible for Inbound/outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned. Answer Inbound Customer Service Call as well as Key Customers who have specific queries. Answer queries and resolve problems and give clarity on desired information. Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages. To coordinate with internal team to find the status and get it resolved before replying to customers. To record complaints in the Customer Service application Desired Candidate Profile: Candidate with Good Communication in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam (Any one Language) Shift Details: Operational Window: Rotational shift (6am to 11pm) For female candidates the shifts are from 6am to 8pm.
