ï‚· Platform: Windows
ï‚· Understanding common hardware and technical terminology.
ï‚· Basic Operating System knowledge up to WIN 10
ï‚· Knowledge of various mobile devices (Apple, Android, Windows)
ï‚· Familiarity with RDC (Remote Desktop Connection), FIM (Forefront
Identity Manager) and PS45 (used for Citrix troubleshooting)
ï‚· Intermediate knowledge of troubleshooting Browsers, OS and MS
Office (Outlook/Exchange)
ï‚· Wireless troubleshooting skills for office and home network users.
ï‚· Hands-on experience with troubleshooting VPN issues.
