Job Description

Customer will call related to computer issues like Pop up calls/Antivirus issues/Error code messages/Email issues etc.
Candidates need to solve these issues and charge a certain amount.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assisting customers issues on windows and mac computer.
Solving issues like anti virus,email issues,pop up calls,error messages on the screen,etc on laptops or desktop also any other peripherals which is connected to the laptops or computer.
candidates needs to find out the exact proble and the resolutuion to the problems and sell a plan based on the issues and make sales.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must be Good in English(communicative/convincing /confident /
Candidates must have the ability to handle inbound calls.
Candidates must have basic computer knowledge
Candidates must be flexible for any shift morning or night

Benefits
Salary credited on the 1st of the month
Incentives are starting from 8k -10k it can differ based on the sales made.

Salary offered between 13k to 25k

No deduction on salary apart from P.TAX.

Salary is not quoted based on targets but it is a target-oriented company candidate needs to justify his/her salary every month.

Rotational Shift morning or night
1 Fixed off every week.
