Exp: 0.6 months To 3 Years NP: 15 days to 1 month JD: - Exp in IT Recruitment - Strong in  technical skills. - Should  be able to do end to end recruitment like fetching good profiles from different portals first round interviews, arranging interviews joining formalities. - well verse with portals like naukri,monster,likedin - good in maintaining data in excel, maintaining MIS. - Good covincing skills,good communication. -Experience in contract to hire is plus point.
