o Under limited supervision of Project Manager, successfully lead and manage projects.
o Responsible for entire SDLC.
o Effectively plan, schedule and monitor the assigned projects.
o Develop realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resource and cost estimates.
o Anticipate eventualities, identify potential risks, develop contingency plans and regularly track the same to ensure timely delivery of the project to the customers.
o Understand customer requirements and ensure timely preparation of detailed SRS, project management and configuration management plans.
o Evaluate alternative design options and ensure effective database & system designing.

o Coordinate with HR for recruiting quality technical professionals for the organization.
