UX Head who will own and drive the competency building in the User Experience.
Work with verticals to identify instantiate and develop the solutions in User Experience area. This would involve working with one or more verticals and horizontals.
Work closely with marketers, digital strategist and technologists to conceptualize, define and design solutions across mobile devices and other platforms.
Develop a business plan, own and drive the identified milestones.
Strengthen competencies across different tools.
Should have close to 15 years in Software Industry managing User Experience with exposure to Technical consulting and Pre-Sales activities.
Must have had experience working at client location in one or more geographies and should be willing to travel.
Experienced in Agile, iterative and parallel.development model is desirable.
Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
Demonstrate thought leadership by publishing blogs, papers, public presentations and talks.
